  Athiests please answer these questions

  i'm not trying to pick a fight i was just sitting at my desk pondering on some threads on jwd and i would very much like this question answered.. why is it that athiest often (not always) direct their argument for athiesism towards christians?

  why not direct your argument towards buddists or muslims or even new-agers?

  i mean they also believe in a higher power so why is it that only christains seem to get knocked?

  It was awful

  as i posted in a previous thread, i went to a friends funeral on friday( i'll call him peter).

  it was my first time back to a kh in years.

  as i walked in i overheard a "sister" telling her friend that she had to come straight from work and that's why she was wearing pants and that she hoped no one would think that she was "wordly".

  I have to go to a JW funeral

  a very good friend of mine's brother passed away yesterday.

  the funeral is on friday and i really feel i need to be there for my friend.

  she lives out of town and does not have many friends here that can be with her in her time of need.

  my beautiful daughter is in the latest kfc ad here in sa.

  it's the ad where kids "steal" things from the house to deorate their tree house.

  it was flighted in uk too.. .

  i then asked her if she agreed that the bible is very clear that no one knows the time or the hour.

  so i told her that i feel that the gb made a mistake and they should be humble enough to admit to it.

  they made a mistake and they should appologise and be humble about it.

  i'm going on leave and will only be back on the 14th january 2008.. i wish you all a merry christmas and i hope that all your dreams come true 2008.. please be responsible over the festive season and don't drink and drive.. .
